	Responsible for all new business activity for the company, including development, acquisitions, financings, dispositions, property assessments, design and construction
	Responsible for the oversight of multi-property hotel and gaming operations, financings and developments. The operations aggregated over $500 million in annual revenue and employed over 4,000 people. Operations were located throughout the United States, Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean.
	Arranged financing of the construction, mezzanine and take out financing the $180 million, 425 rooms Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, and the first condominium hotel in Ritz-Carlton’s portfolio.
	Co-led team which won government RFP to develop and operate Casino Rama, a $125 Million casino-entertainment center in Ontario, Canada.
