Provides accounting and litigation support in the areas of fraud, professional negligence and damage assessment. Conducts investigations with and for State and Federal Agencies, assists in depositions and trial preparation.  

Conducted investigations for FTC Receivers on bogus telemarketing schemes (copying toner, cell art and college scholarships).  Participated in initial seizures, securing assets and records, and preparing reports and schedules.  Testified as federal witness in fact and listed as receiver’s expert witness.  Performed a fraud examination on a voter petition drive for a major gaming corporation.  Created a methodology to quantify the petitions collected and verified.  Testified in State Court on my approach and results.  Engaged as an expert witness for the Assistant U.S. Attorney in a civil forfeiture case involving seizure of real estate purchased by a drug dealer, then gifted to his family.  Analyzed the financial data and prepared charts for court.  Testified in Federal Court as an expert witness.  Assisted in trial preparation of a case involving a “Ponzi” scheme that raised $25 million from investors who believed thy owned partnership interests in various businesses.  Appointed by the state court to determine gross sales in a case involving employee remuneration.
